2018 has been a year of impact for the Lubbock Symphony. In addition to growing our education program since last year and tripling the attendance at the Family Concert, the Lubbock Symphony has seen meaningful progress across all facets of its mission.
Pretty exciting, right? We want to expand our impact in the future. The Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts & Sciences is set to open in 2020 and our team is working to prepare for the future with the help of contributions from patrons like you.
“We’re seeking to raise $10,000 for our annual fund by the end of the year in order to meet our charted growth and present our remaining programs of the season,” said Galen Wixson, LSO president and CEO. “Without the generous funding of our donors, we wouldn’t be able to offer the concerts, education and creative experiences that we do. We can always count on Lubbock to come through for us.”
Your contributions make our mission possible. Most of our operating funds are donated to us from local businesses and generous individuals who want to see music continue to impact our community. We need your help to reach our goals.
